Content Policy

Your ad goes live in the square the moment you upload it — there is no review queue to wait on. We actively monitor and review what's published on an ongoing basis, and we remove anything that violates this policy without a refund (see our Terms). Here's what we screen for and how.

Banned categories

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Scams, crypto pump schemes, or get-rich-quick offers
• Hate speech or content targeting a protected group
• Impersonation of another business or brand (competitor or otherwise)
• Malware, phishing, or links designed to compromise a visitor's device

How moderation works

Uploads publish immediately — not even tier S waits in a queue. That doesn't mean nobody's watching: we run ongoing automated checks and spot review published creatives, and we pull anything that breaks the rules above the instant we find it. For a minor issue, you'll see the reason in your dashboard and can fix and re-upload — it goes live again immediately, same as the first time. For one of the banned categories above, we reclaim the slot instead of just taking down the image: it goes back up for sale to someone else, and you keep no rights to it or refund. We may also block the email or account behind it from buying or submitting to MillionPixelSquare again.

Link checks

We check your destination link at upload time and re-check it weekly. If a link goes dead, gets hijacked, or starts redirecting somewhere it shouldn't, we dim the board and mark it "expired" until you fix it.

Instant unpublish

We can unpublish any board immediately if it violates this policy or if we're asked to by a legal authority — without a refund, per our Terms. For a policy violation, this also reclaims the slot itself: it goes back up for sale rather than staying reserved for the original owner. We'll notify the board's owner when that happens.
