Simple rule: you can get your money back until your ad actually goes live.

Before your creative is approved

Full refund, no questions asked, any time between paying and your creative going live on the square. Just ask.

After your creative is live

No refunds once your board is approved and visible in the square. At that point we've committed the slot to you — permanently, per our terms — and it's no longer available to anyone else.

Holds

Picking a slot puts a free 15-minute hold on it while you check out. If you don't complete payment, the hold expires automatically and no charge happens — nothing to refund because nothing was charged.
